DIRECTIONS FROM Sukhumvit Road (LOTUS Department Store corner) TO: DYNASTY RESORT Pattaya See MAP #2
1: Travel SOUTH on Sukhumvit Road to Thep Prasit Road.
A large sign for ‘LOTUS’ Department Store is straight ahead to your
right. Turn RIGHT at the signaled intersection onto Thep Prasit Road
and drive to the end of the road.
The road ends at a 3-way intersection with signal lights, forcing you to turn
either right or left. |

3.0 km | 2: Turn RIGHT onto Thapphraya Road. The sign for ‘Expat Rent-a-Car’
will be to your LEFT as you turn. Travel straight on Thapphraya Road,
passing ‘Bruno’s Italian Restaurant on the right until you see the sign
‘Sugar Hut’ on the right side. The entrance to Phra Tamnak Road is on
the LEFT side (there are no signal lights).

.8 km | 3: Turn LEFT onto Phra Tamnak Road and continue to travel until you see
a sign that says ‘PEACH’ overhead (to your right side). Ahead is a
Circle Intersection. Prepare to turn IMMEDIATELY LEFT onto
Ratchawarun Road. While turning left, the Police Box (station) is to the left.
This is Ratchawarun Road. DYNASTY RESORT sign (in green and white)
is on the RIGHT side along with other signs on the corner.

1.3 km | 4: Continue on Ratchawarun Road and make the FIRST RIGHT turn.
Continue straight and make the next LEFT turn. You will now be
driving toward the Beach.
| .1 km | 5: As soon as you see the ‘7-11’ store on the LEFT and ‘Family Mart’ store on the
right corner, turn IMMEDIATELY RIGHT onto ‘Kasetsin2’ Road.
As you turn RIGHT, the gray ‘Peak Condominium’ building is on the left
and ‘Family Mart’ is on your RIGHT side.
| .3 km | 6: Travel straight on ‘Kasetsin 2’ Road. The sign for DYNASTY RESORT,
